Why I Do This

My name is Kemuel McAfee. I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and today I live in Miami, where I build AI systems for local businesses.
Before I tell you what I do, I want you to know who you'd be working with. You'd be trusting me with your phones, your customers and your reputation. You deserve to know who that person is.
Knowing isn't the same as doing
For a long time, I knew I was capable of more. I had ideas, goals and a vision for my life. But I kept telling myself, "I'll start tomorrow."
I didn't lack ambition. I lacked execution.
Admitting that was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and it changed me. I learned that a vision means nothing until you do the work every day, especially on the days you don't feel like it. That's how I train as an athlete, and it's how I run this business: show up, do the work, and tell the truth about the results.
Then I found AI
At first, I saw AI as a way to make money. The deeper I went, the more I saw something bigger. Tools that used to belong only to big companies with big budgets are now within reach of the HVAC owner, the barbershop and the family dental office.
The business owners I want to serve aren't short on effort. They're stretched thin. They miss calls while they're on a job, leads go cold before anyone follows up, and nights disappear into paperwork. AI can take a lot of that weight off, when it's done honestly and done right.
God first
I'm a Christian. My faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of who I am and how I do business. I believe the abilities I have are a gift from God, and gifts are meant to be used for other people.
"God blessed me with it, and I want to use it to bless other people."
For me, being a servant of God at work isn't a slogan. It looks like this:
- I tell you the truth, even when it costs me a sale.
- I recommend the simplest solution that works, not the most expensive one.
- I never promise results I can't stand behind.
- I treat your business like it's my own.
- I do the work right, even when nobody is checking.

You don't have to share my faith to work with me. I'll serve you the same either way. But you should know where my standards come from.
What I do
You can work with me in two ways: I build it for you, or I teach you to do it yourself.
I build systems that answer every call, day or night. They text back missed calls, follow up with leads until they book, and run your website, online booking and chat. They also connect your apps and handle busywork like reports, reminders and review requests. And if you'd rather own it yourself, I train you and your team to use these tools with confidence.
What you can expect from me

- A plan in plain English that shows where AI saves you time or wins you customers.
- Nothing goes live until you've seen it work and you're happy with it.
- If AI isn't the right fix for your problem, I'll tell you.
- I stay in your corner with support and improvements after launch.
I'll be honest about where I am
Earned Automations is a young business, and I won't pretend otherwise. I don't have a wall of testimonials yet, and I will never make one up. What I do have is the discipline to do the work right. Right now, you'd work with me personally. I want my first clients to be the ones who prove what this business stands for.
That's why it's called Earned. Trust isn't given, it's earned. So are results.
Why it matters to me
I want my success to create opportunities for my family and the generations after me. But I want to build it the right way, by serving people well, one business at a time.
I'm not where I want to be yet. But I'm moving, and I'm not stopping.
