Privacy Policy
This policy is a plain-language draft and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional business information, phone number, preferred contact method, selected services, path, answers, and message. If you choose Text, it also records your consent. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health records, or sensitive customer information.
How information is used
Your inquiry is used to review your needs, contact you about your plan, and discuss a potential project. Submitting a plan does not subscribe you to marketing messages or book an appointment.
Storage and third parties
Inquiries are stored through Lovable Cloud. Hosting and connected service providers may process information needed to operate the website. A client's AI systems may involve additional providers, which are reviewed during scoping. No claim of universal compliance or absolute security is made.
Text messages
Text contact requires your explicit consent. Messages relate to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Provider requirements, recording notices, and any operational messaging consent must be reviewed before a client system launches.
Retention and deletion
A fixed retention schedule has not yet been established. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the inquiry form, choosing Email and clearly stating your request. Identity verification and legal obligations may affect what can be deleted. Retention procedures require owner confirmation.
Browser storage
The website stores your selected services and path in your browser so your plan survives navigation and refresh. Session storage remembers whether the entry animation has appeared. Clear your browser's site data to remove these local preferences. This draft does not establish the settings of hosting-level analytics or logging; those need review.
Contact and changes
For a privacy request, use the inquiry form. This policy may change as the business and its providers evolve.
