Terms of Service
This policy is a plain-language draft and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney.

Website and demonstrations
This website presents Earned Automations services. Demonstrations are simulated examples, not live client systems, confirmed appointments, or guaranteed results. AI can make mistakes, and third-party tools have limitations.
Consultation and custom scope
The first conversation is free. Sending a plan is an inquiry, not a purchase, booking, or binding implementation agreement. Deliverables, pricing, timelines, access, support, and acceptance criteria are agreed in a separate project scope.
Client responsibilities and approval
Clients provide authorized access, relevant content, and timely decisions. Systems are tested and require client approval before launch. Consent, data handling, human escalation, and fallback behavior must be reviewed for each workflow.
Accounts, data, and provider costs
Client accounts and business data remain client-owned. Access and handover arrangements are agreed before implementation. Software subscriptions and usage costs are explained before work begins. Third-party availability, fees, and policies can change.
Support and limitations
Maintenance, monitoring, response expectations, and escalation are scope-specific. No universal uptime, revenue, accuracy, compliance, or outcome guarantee is made. Cancellation, payment, and liability terms belong in the reviewed project agreement, not an assumed website policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, confidential customer records, passwords, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not misuse the form or attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
